CYMBALS

I work with over 30 cymbals, each with its own character and dimension.
With the Xist, Alchemy, and Traditional series, I can easily achieve dark, bright, dry, wide, or explosive tones.
Especially the 20" crash/rides with their rich body and control are indispensable to me. Every cymbal reflects a color of the story I want to tell.

For me, pedal choice is more about feel than speed.
I use TAMA Speed Cobra, Iron Cobra, Pearl Eliminator, and others — each responds differently.
